Home Angel provides members with benefits pertaining to incidents that may go wrong in the home when such time arises. We cover everything from a locksmith, plumber, electrician to a handyman. Owning a home there are always niggling issues that arise over time. With the Home Angel team, we will be the first respondent to any faults or issues which arise which are not covered under your insurance policy.
Cost for services rendered by service providers is paid for and limited to the call-out fee and first hour’s labour, maximum 3 incidents per annum.
A reputable mini removal company in the area is appointed on behalf of the member and the cost paid as agreed with the service provider.
The member is allowed to nominate a Handyman Service Provider in his/her area and the Helpline then makes arrangements with the elected Handyman to assist the member with the relevant task.
The case manager will obtain quotes from more than one service provider available and make arrangements in terms of the call-out or appointment on behalf of the client. Cost is paid by the client.
