Verify Membership

Verify Membership is a membership validation platform allowing for quick and easy membership validation.

A consumer is recognised using their membership or mobile number credentials and is able to be provided with the following:

• Email version of their member brochure;
• View their membership status;
• View the product or service that is available;
• Raise a cancellation query which is then shared with their customer sales centre;

Our staff make use of these systems to assist Client’s members with an effective service.
